Alyssa's last day went smoothly, we slept in and got a late start
around 1140 but skiied non stop to 330 and achieved 20000ft. The
mountain desperately needs snow even if it has the most in the west.
The whole bottom half of the mountain is unskiable unless you love
pain. Today we did 3 laps on the tram and did a few off sublette. Snow
up top on the trees was nice.
We relax after 4 straight hours of skiing with PBR, chicken fingers
and a very strong bloody. We'll Bring in thai tonight for dinner and
send sister off tomorrow. I could probably use the rest day. I know
for sure I have never skied 7 out of 8 days. My skies could use a wax
too. Anyway, life is still good, would want more snow but that's every
skiers wish. Something funny here in Jackson, as the holiday came and
went, it appears the Europeans have invaded. The crowds are still
small but it seems everywhere we turn we hear german or french or
something. Whatever keeps the lifts running is fine by me. Till next
moose report.
